Comments-Endpoint not filterable?

Hey!

I would have expected the following call to return comments sorted and filtered, but it seems to have no effect. Are the filterby and orderby parameters not supported as per the documentation here?

GET /api/v1/projects/59d79b7f-eb2a-424b-a80a-e602b4a062fe/comments?filterby=substringof%28%27Checkin%27%2C+plainFormattedMessage%29&orderby=createdOn+desc
