I want to add 1,75 days but it is rounded automatically to 1,8 days. Is there a way to avoid that?

There should be a setting in the user profile that determines how those are displayed:

Hello! I just investigated this and the value you put is being correctly saved (in seconds), but when we are displaying the value, we only allow 1 decimal unit of precision when the format is in „days“, so the value shown is rounded. I’ll discuss this internally and see if we can find a solution 
As Sebastian mentioned, if you change the setting to an hour format, the correct value (14h) is then shown.
