Customer Portal for CUSTOMER not collaborate

Customer portal with easy login for customer and acess to following or more:

  • Dashboard with overview of the project
  • Project access with Bord/Timeline view
  • Chat to see daily updates.
  • A places to see who is assigned and read about the employees assigned to the task.

Or simler features, overall i am requesting a more simple Customer portal view a customer view and not a collaborate view

Hey @gulvmaster, could this view not be achieved by inviting a user via the Connect feature and not giving them „write“ but rather „read“ permissions on the projects you invite them to?

Hi Edda, thanks for the answer. So when you invite a quest at the moment true the connect feature. the will be addressed like they are a company that needs to sign up and setup there one portal settings.

Witch in a lot of cases is not needed, this is fine if you work with other companies B2B but not if you work B2C,

But if you have other options/idees how to work around this this, or maybe i doing something wrong, i am more then open to hear it.

I see, so the core issue is that the invitee has to sign up for an awork account and create their own workspace?
